Deployment Authorization
By initiating a service request, the client authorizes Prime Shield personnel to access the designated property for the purpose of pest interception and structural fortification. All personnel are vetted and carry official identification.
Chemical Protocol Safety
All chemical agents used are WHO-approved and selected for low-toxicity. While safe for residents and high-end fabrics, Prime Shield mandates that clients follow specific 're-entry' times provided during the briefing for absolute safety.
Warranty & Interception Integrity
Our 10-Year Termite Fortification is tied to the structural integrity of the site. Any unauthorized structural alterations or soil disturbances post-treatment may void the warranty protocol. Interception effectiveness is guaranteed within the specified boundary.
Operational Confidentiality
Prime Shield respects the privacy of its high-asset clients. Site locations, structural vulnerabilities, and treatment plans are kept under strict confidentiality protocols and never shared with third parties.
Engagement & Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours prior to deployment. Emergency interceptions are prioritized based on tactical urgency and site location.
